- Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active pharmacy intern/technician license in state of practice
- Immunization Certification (preferred)
- Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Services - Mirixa and Outcomes MTM (preferred)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) to communicate with patients and other health care professionals
