Overview:
Seeking an energetic and passionate candidate to performs administrative duties for one or more mid-level manager and department professionals. Ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures. Due to access to confidential information, it is expected that the candidate exercise discretion and judgement in their work. May make contacts with individuals both inside and outside the company, relaying information that is highly sensitive or confidential. Operates under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
* Arranges and coordinates all business travel, including domestic and international
* Plan and review Directors' calendar and assist with the schedule of internal and external meetings and/or commitments
* Effectively prepare weekly time and expense reports; following policies and procedures, resolve auditor inquiries as required
* Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding
* Identify cost reduction activities
* Assist with site communications
* Coordinate projects and local events
* Share reception duties
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
* Function as part of a high-performing, flexible team member
* Completed High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree is a plus
* Minimum of 2-5 years of directly related experience
* Strong customer focus and communication skills
* Great problem-solving, creative and critical thinking skills
* Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Expert teamwork and collaboration skills
* Professionalism and discretion
* Must have demonstrable abilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Experience in SAP or MRP are a plus
* There will be minimal travel, less than 5%
