DRIVER / PRODUCTION - Part-time

As we look to introduce new product offerings locally, Edible Arrangements® of Folsom is currently recruiting Dynamic Team Players, which are Enthusiastic, Extroverted Self-Starters, who possess Exceptional Work Ethics and Demonstrated Skills in Customer Service, Delivery, Sales and Food Preparation in a Fast-Paced Food Service Establishment.

Our Delivery Ambassador's, Guest Services/Fruit Expert's and Production Staff/Designer's Roles are all one in the same; to provide every Guest with a WoW-Like Experience, Second to None.

DELIVERY (AMBASSADOR) IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE

As a Delivery Ambassador, your Primary Responsibilities will included, but not be limited to:

• Accurately Deliver Products in an Efficient, Courteous, Independent and Timely Manner
• Gather, Organize and Log Delivery Tickets
• Securely Load Products in Assigned Delivery Vehicle
• Safely Operating, Cleaning & Maintaining Vehicles, Notifying Management Immediately as Deficiencies Arise
• Assisting Guest Services & Production Team Members as Required

GUEST SERVICES (FRUIT EXPERT)

As a Fruit Expert, your responsibilities will included, but not be limited to:

• Providing all Guests with a Superior Level of Customer Service 
• Enthusiastically Greeting, Welcoming and Connecting with Every Guest by all means of contact (i.e. in-person, telephone, email etc.)
• Ascertaining and Responding to Guest's Needs
• Assisting and Suggesting all Appropriate Edible Arrangement Products 
• Consistently Demonstrating a Strong Understanding of Product Knowledge and Standards of Quality through Effective Sales Techniques
• Establishing and Fostering Long-Term Relationships with Individuals and Businesses alike, while Building Loyalty and Trust with all our Guests
• Maintaining a Bright, Clean and Inviting Guest Service Area at all times
• Managing Difficult Guest Situations in a Calm and Professional Manner 
• Assisting Delivery and Production Team Members as Required

PRODUCTION (PREP. STAFF / DESIGNER) IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE

As a Production Team Member, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Following Proper Food Sanitation and Handling Procedures
• Selecting, Washing, Peeling, Cutting and Preparing Fruit for Arranging
• Planning and Arranging Fruit Bouquets utilizing Proprietary Information, Methods, Procedures and Proven Techniques, while Adhering to Proper Portion Sizes 
• Packaging Arrangements and/or Dipped Fruit 
• Cleaning and Sanitizing Work Area, Dishes, Equipment, Utensils & Silverware
• Trash Removal and Cleaning of Receptacles
• Receiving Deliveries, ensuring Produce Freshness and Adhering to Acceptable Fruit Standards
• Ensuring Equipment, Produce, Supplies and Utensils are Properly Utilized and Stored in their Designated Areas; inside and/or outside Refrigeration Units
• Informing Management when Produce and/or Supplies are getting low or Equipment isn't working Properly
• Assisting Delivery and Guest Services Team Members as Required

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (ALL POSITIONS):

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred 
• Valid California Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Desire for Personal and Professional Growth Opportunities through Cross-Training
• Ability to Stand, Bend, Reach, Lift, Carry and/or Push objects weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout assigned shift
• Strong Interpersonal and Effective Communication Skills
• Self-Motivation, with the Ability to Work Independently, with minimal Direction
• Detailed Oriented Ability to follow Written and Verbal Instructions 
• Proficiency with Software and Technology (Computers, Microsoft Office, Smartphones, etc.)
• Write and Speak English Fluently and have a Professional Appearance
• SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY -- WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS REQUIRED

SPECIALIZED QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

DELIVERY

• Must be 21 Years of Age or older; Insurance Carrier Requirements
• Must Submit a California Department of Motor Vehicles Driving Record at Time of Interview
• Geographical Knowledge of the Folsom Area and Surrounding Communities
• Proficiency Utilizing Computer and Smartphone Based Computer Mapping Applications

GUEST SERVICES

• 1 Year Customer Service and/or Sales Experience

PRODUCTION

• Must be 18 Years of Age or older; Federal & State Labor Laws
• 1 Year Food Preparation Experience
• California Food Handler Certification
