Assistant Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Ideal candidates will possess competent, mature and professional traits that will allow them to effectively fit with the culture, help manage a crew and create a fun, energetic and positive work environment. Assistant Manager candidates should be self-motivated, dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining total customer focus and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help ensure the management of adequate inventory levels using Little Caesars systems and guidelines to minimize loss.
• Manage assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe and organized; complies with safety and security standards at all times.
• Hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lead a shift/team with no supervision and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
• Ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines and printers.
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Communicate with and train other team members to meet the quality standards of Little Caesars.
