Staffmark is currently seeking Distribution Supervisor's for a new customer in Liberty, MO. We have three shifts open 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. This is a great opportunity to work for a well established Distribution Center that is continually growing in its operations. The Distribution Supervisor will oversee Auditing Clerks and Order Processor's to maintain the daily metrics that the customer has provided.
As a Distribution Supervisor your job duties will include reporting metrics to the Performance Manager, quality checks of auditing, training new employees, computer data entry, attendance of employees, and working alongside the employees in the auditing & order processing roles.

Requirements
At least 2 years experience supervising employees.
Highly energetic and ability to work in fast paced environment and to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Proficient in time management skills.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Have intermediate skills with Word and Excel.
