About this job
Our client is looking for a Learning Delivery Specialist to work a 3 month assignment. This is a remote / work from home position!!!
Location -- Virtual (Home office)
Responsibilities: • Continuously demonstrate consistent execution of learning delivery processes• Deliver exceptional client service with a consultative, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach• Proficient in all learning delivery methods for nationally developed learning programs: nationally delivered, locally delivered, virtually delivered (via Centra)• Execute all aspects of assigned learning programs including the preparation and planning in advance of the program, onsite responsibilities during the program, as well as program wrap-up responsibilities• Understand the CPE (and/or Learning Hours) process and ensure the successful execution of the various aspects of CPE for national learning programs • Leverage the Learning Service Center to the fullest extent possible• Understand and fully leverage the various technologies used to support learning delivery (SharePoint, Saba, Centra, MCLASS, Poll Everywhere, etc.)
Experience: Minimum 5 years' related experience
Education: Bachelor's degree
Skills:• Strong client service capabilities• Strong communication skills, written and verbal• Solutions & results-oriented professional with consultative & collaborative style• Ability to work in a fast-paced culture; responsive and client-focused• Strong organization & project management capabilities• Ability to execute the delivery of multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing to tight deadlines• Ability to work independently, as well as demonstrate strong teaming capabilities• Ability to successfully manage projects through to successful outcome, escalating when appropriate• Ability to execute documented processes consistently and implement continuous process improvements• Ability to travel to support on-site delivery of learning programs • Proficient in MS Office applications: Word and Excel• Proficient in all learning delivery methods for nationally developed learning programs: nationally delivered, locally delivered, virtually delivered (via Centra)• Understand the CPE (and/or Learning Hours) process and ensure the successful execution of the various aspects of CPE for national learning programs • Understand and fully leverage the various technologies used to support learning delivery (SharePoint, Saba, Centra, MCLASS, Poll Everywhere, etc.)
