Cargill Beef in Fort Morgan, CO is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Fabrication Departmnet. This position provides administrative and accounting support to the Fabrication operations team. The challenge of this position will be dealing with multiple priorities and multiple internal customers. The position will be in a time-sensitive environment and requires the ability to make decisions and take action with limited, daily supervision.

Principal Accountabilities:

* 45% - General administrative and accounting duties including responsibility for office duties, site coordination of data retention, coordinate facility events as needed. Provide administrative support for the harvest management team.

* 30% - Accounting duties including preparation and distribution of operational metrics. Must be able to work occasionally on weekends.

* 15% - Human Resources and Payroll duties including responsibility for employee files and Human Resources Information System utilizing HRIS software.

* 10% - Miscellaneous Duties

Required:

* High school diploma or GED

* Prior experience with accounting/clerical duties

* Strong computer skills including intermediate proficiency level or above in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

* Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills

* Must be able to work effectively under pressure and perform duties under stressful conditions

* Ability to effectively communicate: both written and verbal communication

* Must have very good time management skills

* Must be able to prioritize tasks and have good follow-up skills

* Must be willing to accept accountability and work well in a team

* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information

Relocation will not be provided for this position.
