- Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring applicants for warehouse, and clerical, positions.
- Follow up and track all aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, notifying the department of interview times and employee's starting date.
- Assist with all recruitment efforts.
- Post and update all open positions.
- Act as liaison with area temporary agencies.
- Complete weekly reports on employment activity
Skill Summary:
- Strong PC knowledge which include MS Excel, Word; Access is a plus
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- HS diploma or equivalent
