This position is responsible for driving the execution of HR initiatives in the areas of associate engagement, organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning, performance management and HR communications. The RHRM proactively partners with Operations leaders to maximize business results through sound human resources decisions. Additionally, RHRMs provide coaching and advisement to operations manager and supervisors. Act as a point of contact and source of information on HR policies, laws and procedures. Operating as business partners, RHRMs champion the company s values, support business standards and execute HR programs in approximately 15 – 30 distribution centers within a region.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
25%- Manage the execution of HR programs/processes in the areas of: Associate Engagement, OE, Staffing, Performance Management, Learning and HR Communications. Ensures compliance with company policies, systems and practices
15%- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain an engaged workforce. Coordinate local job fairs and partnerships to increase talent pool. Own the selection, orientation and assimilation of new hires both hourly and salaried
15%- Drive associate engagement through recognition and reward programs, HR communications, and town hall meetings
20%- Drive effective talent management, succession planning and leadership pipelines for the region
Monitor the business and working climates in multiple distribution centers through the open door policy, consistent policy application, relationship building and associate engagement practices to maintain strong associate relations
10%- Investigates and resolve AR cases (labor, workplace violence, etc) owning issue through to final resolution. Track and monitor cases to identify trends and provide action plans as appropriate
15%- Analyze reports and interpret data to identify business issues and work with management to develop HR programs that improve the overall working environment.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the IB HR Field Director. Has direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Physical Requirements:
Most all of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience handling multiple locations. B.S. in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or the like with at least 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience is preferred.

Excellent follow up skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership coupled with distinct organizational skills. Current and up-to-date knowledge of all laws relating to HR Management. The ability to mentor and coach associates at all levels and the ability to be flexible. Strong skills in investigating, training, performance management, and team building.
