Position Purpose and ScopeStore Supervisors support the Assistant Manager and team in exceeding
customer expectations and achieving financial goals through supervising the
sales floor and leading sales associates' productivity. Like all employees, they deliver the Ralph

Job RequirementsThe key to our success is hiring PEOPLE who are: Passionate, Enthusiastic, Outgoing, Poised, Leaders, and Engaged. Experienceo One to two years retail experience Educationo High school graduate/equivalent; Bachelor's/Associates degree preferred Physical Requirementso Ability to communicate with customers and store personnelo Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and officeo Ability to operate the registero Ability to stand, move and walk for multiple hourso Lift up to 30 pounds and moderate climbing required Availabilityo Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day/evening, weekend and may include overnight shifts
