Mathematica Policy Research, a nationally recognized social policy research company, is currently working with the Social Security Administration on an important study of employment and training opportunities for beneficiaries. The results of this study will show how well these programs are working and how they can be improved.

This is where we need your help! Staff is needed to find hard to reach study participants in Suffolk County and Boston. You should live within a 40 mile radius of Boston.  Training and project work will tentatively being in mid to late summer 2017 and continue until approximately the end of October or until the project is complete.

All staff will work as employees of Headway Workforce Solutions on behalf of Mathematica Policy Research.

We offer:

  • Flexible work schedule (a minimum of 20 hours per week, at least 3 days per week is required)
  • Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends
  • Pay rate dependent on experience and location
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Paid telephone/web based training
  • An opportunity to work on an important, national research project

Interested candidates should:

  • Be resourceful, dependable, possess excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (daily travel only, no overnight stays required)
  • Be willing to undergo a low level security clearance,  as well as
  • Undergo a Social Security Administration security clearance, fingerprinting required
  • Experience is preferred, but not necessary
  • Organized, detailed oriented
  • Ability to speak, read and write both Spanish and English is required
