Great local property management company is looking for the right person to fill a full time role as a Property Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
  • Property management or leasing experience
  • Property maintenance and repair experience
  • Experience working with budgets
  • Experience preparing leases
  • Experience collecting delinquent accounts
  • Experience with computers and email
  • Professional appearance and attitude
Responsibilities of the position include:
  • Managing the property and the maintenance staff
  • Showing properties to prospective tenants
  • Following budgets and approving property expenses
  • Processing tenant applications
  • Scheduling property repairs
  • Marketing the property
Salary Range = $40,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience) plus commission
