A successful Account Service Representative will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of measurement, and ability to work with data.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time

DISH is seeking a talented and eager Account Service Representative to manage and grow our Commercial Multi-Dwelling Unit business.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Make routine property visits to understand move-in rates, technical concerns, marketing needs, and additional potential business opportunities
  • Support new property launches, existing business contract renewal, and property termination
  • Work with DISH’s corporate headquarters to source new property sales and achieve and exceed all sales goals and KPIs
  • Onboard all new accounts, including delivering and installing equipment
  • Support on-site marketing events and resident activation efforts
  • Coordinate ongoing marketing to property residents and leasing staff
  • Be main point of contact for technical, billing, or other property concerns
