Smoothie King is the nation's oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements. Currently, Smoothie King is seeking Team Members and Shift Leaders (must have one year supervisory experience). Must be able to work weekends no exceptions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
- Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
- Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
- Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
- Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
- Achieve goals set forth by the Manager, and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
- Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
- Must have the ability to suggestively sell
- Must be punctual
- Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
