Molding Press Operator III

A rapidly growing Medical Parts Manufacturer is in need of 10 Molding Operator''s for their new state of the art plant in Lincolnshire. This is an evaluation hire position. The hours are Monday-Friday from 10:30pm-7:00am with a pay rate of $13.20 an hour. Our clients offer a hands on training process, friendly team atmosphere, and a clean room environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Molding Operator:

• Load materials into machine
• Run and monitor anywhere from 1-3 machines
• Visually inspect completed product to ensure there are no defects
• Prep completed order for final inspection and packaging
• Clean machines to company standards

Qualifications for a Molding Operator:

• At least 6 months of experience working in a repetitive production role
• Familiarity with basic tools
• Able to read, speak and write in English and follow directions
• Team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proven work record of good attendance
