Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

In order to be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:
- MUST be familiar with Export documentation and procedures from US to Canada, the Caribbean, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of duties and tariffs
- Strong customer service skills, will be point of contact for customers and agents for sales and sales support
- Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!
- Providing outstanding customer service to customers and agents
- Providing sales support
- Preparing and completing Export documentation for shipments
- Problem resolution
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
