Customer Service Representative and Dispatch

Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Dispatch positions for an HVAC company in Franklin, TN!

Job Description:

• Ensures all external and internal customers receive exceptional customer service.
• Ensures all assigned technicians are routed accurately, efficiently, and effectively.
• Book service calls accurately, efficiently, and effectively.
• Dispatch technicians to the appropriate location.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Dispatch experience preferred but not needed.
• Detail oriented and a decent typist.
• Positive attitude and the willingness to grow in a company.

Pay and Hours:

• Will for 4 10 hour shifts. Must be flexible to work weekends but will not work later than 8pm.
• $13-$14/hr.
• Contract during the summer but may have a chance to go permanent.
