Customer Service Representative

-Outbound calling and Inbound receipt of calls to and from prospects and existing customers to increase sales and provide superlative customer service.
-call volume 40/day or 800/month, based on season - 20 outbound
-Document all service efforts/activities into Pest Pac or other CRM systems
-Establish communication with future and existing customers, Thank You cards, emails...
-Use the computer system Pest Pack to document calls and keep track of scheduling
-Administrative functions: enter contracts, process billing, process work orders.
