Aerotek's client is a buying a distribution center representing 85 members in the Northeast, from Boston through Philadelphia. They have the latest in electronics and appliances on display. They also have 105 stores which allow their customers to deal directly with the owner in a pleasant atmosphere.Our client is a very large distribution center and is kept extremely clean. It is a team driven environment where the Loaders work with the Forklift Operators to ensure trucks and shipments are on pace for deadlines.
Lines of product are formed for each truck loading area, the Loaders than move the products in the line to the appropriate truck.
No prior warehouse experience is needed for this job, they are just ideally looking for a hard working person who is on time every day and willing to learn and work with others.
* LOOKING FOR SOMEONE COMFORTABLE WITH MODERATE LIFTING/ LABOR WORK*
Will be working in the shipping department where Forklift Operators will line up products for shipment and this person will than use a hand truck to move the product (washers, grills, refrigerators, etc.) onto the truck.
Shift: 1st and 2nd available
All new hires start in the Warehouse unloading/loading trucks and scanning products as they come in/leave.
