JOB PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Staffing Director, this position exists to administratively support the overall recruitment efforts of the corporate and field offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

* Initiate, plan, and implement recruitment objectives

* Support the Recruiting team and represent WIS International as an acting liaison between Hiring Managers and prospective candidates for employment

* Schedule candidate interviews with Hiring Managers and coordinate and confirm candidate interview agendas (may include candidate travel and video interview schedules)

* Edit and post job descriptions, create offer letters and packets, initiate background and drug test procedures and communicate results as they become available

* Prepare information packets for candidates and complete routine onboarding processes

* Collaborate with Staffing Director to update Recruitment and Staffing activity summaries

* Work within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) having the responsibility for using it accurately and consistently, within the policies of the organization and all legal parameters


Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting including advanced knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices

* Strong technical acumen and advanced proficiency in MS Office and web-based recruiting tools

* Excellent business communication skills, both written and spoken

* Experience in recruitment coordination support within a fast-paced corporate environment

* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Ultipro highly preferred

* Ability to adapt to changes and competing priorities while maintaining high-touch customer service focus with both internal and external customers

* Exceptional organizational, time management, administrative, and customer service skills

* Ability to work with staff at all levels within the organization as well as build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other internal team members
