Group Reservation Specialist - The Seasons - Year Round

Group Reservation Specialist will manage group phone calls and emails as the first point of contact for all group/conference guests by planning all aspects of their group reservation.  Provide local expert guidance while responding to group customer inquiries and helping to resolve customer service issues. 

This position will also assist guests with all customer serivce questions.

This position is also a sales position activley promoting our products and services to all guest phone calls

• Assist prospective and existing group guests to build complete reservations.
• Convert group opportunities into sales in order to meet and drive resort revenue and occupancy goals.
• Learn details about a variety of products and services offered and accurately relay that knowledge to our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to a variety of clientele through personalized conversations.
• Follow up on all group leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ability to use different systems efficiently while entering accurate data.
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
• Demonstrate an ability to take direction by following an established sales script while continually adapting to ongoing coaching and feedback.
