Customer Service Representative -Immediate Opening

Summary

Aerotek is currently looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to work with one of the leading health care companies within Westchester County. Our client is looking for someone to come in and work very closely with the call center team to assist with scheduling and inbound calls.

Description

• Handling 150-200 inbound calls and scheduling appointments
• Work within company database to maintain different doctors and offices appointment schedules
• Responsible for insurance verification

Qualifications

• Between 1 and 3 years of scheduling experience
• Associates degree preferred
• Proficient with in Microsoft suite
• Highly professional and excellent customer service skills

Details

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm OR 9:00am-6:00pm

*Schedule may change so flexibility is a must*

Compensation: $15/hr

Contract Length is open ended, they are looking for someone to join their team on a full time basis eventually but need this person to prove themselves within the role!

(Raise based upon performance once going permanent with the company)
