Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

As the Customer Relations Representative, you serve as the primary internal representative of our organization, you must convey to the customer a sense of expertise regarding our services and capabilities, and you serve an external key educator to our community and customers. The CRR is also responsible for communicating customer requirements to the production team, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* Taking inbound phone calls and emails and corresponding in a timely and professional manner
* Manage telephone calls in a professional, efficient manner using good communication skills
* Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate a satisfactory resolution.
* Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management as necessary
* Assist customers with reading reports on various platforms
* Create and process necessary paperwork to keep accounts up-to-date
* Manage relationships with specific partners and assist with questions or issues
* Download and deploy hardware for specific clients
* Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy skills
