CMM Programmer/Operator – Mount Clemens, MI area – Direct Hire – Day Shift
A strong growth and fast paced Sheet Metal Prototype Shop is looking for a CMM programmer with ISO implementation and maintenance experience.
Experience with:
• 1st Pc 5-axis Laser tune in and Approvals
• In-process Inspection
• Final Inspection
• Write CMM programs and be able to edit them for Rev changes
• Operate metrology laboratory equipment including, but not limited to, calipers, micrometers and height gages.
• Maintain equipment for calibration system.
• Capable of providing support as requested by supervisor.
Required:
• Minimum 3yrs experience with PC-DMIS 2010
• DataPage RT & DataView
• Strong GD&T Background
• Blueprint reading
• Use of laboratory measuring tools such as micrometers, height gages, etc.
• Knowledge of simple machining processes
• Microsoft Office Programs
Required education:
• High school or equivalent
Salary range: $20 to $30 p/h depending on experience and skill
