Position Overview

The Operating Partner in Training is equipped to become the on-site owner of a restaurant location by participating in each job position an Operating Partner must supervise. The training process includes hands on experience with every role such as handling customer orders, food preparation and assembly, employee scheduling, hiring and training, inventory tracking, time and labor administration, performance management, facility maintenance, and financial oversight. This position requires reliable and predictable attendance. This position is part of the Restaurant Management team, reports directly to the Director of Restaurant Management and indirectly to the Chief Restaurant Officer.

Job Requirements
2 years management experience preferred but not required. On the job training provided.

Physical Requirements

Job duties necessitate moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities. This includes:
Lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Standing and walking for long periods of time.
