  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 5+ years related experience and 5 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

As front line management, this individual will be responsible for teaching, developing, leading, and motivating a team of DISH  Inside Sales Associates and Leads.  Sales Managers will supervise and coordinate activities to ensure that department goals are met and surpassed.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversees and communicates Sales performance objectives to Inside Sales team.
  • Ensure adequate standards are met for attendance, payroll, performance documentation and other established processes.
  • Drives results through leadership, guidance, mentoring and quantitative feedback to employees
  • Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager including planning, evaluating, controlling and tracking against goals, budget, and timetables.  Meets or exceeds sales performance goals.
  • Properly analyze and communicate sales results, productivity, and quality.
