Aerotek is now hiring for builders/general laborers at a local manufacturing facility. This position consists of machine operation and production labor in a clean manufacturing setting. This position is physically demanding and requires heavy lifting and moving around.

We promote internally and offer advancement at our local facility as well as nationwide. This is a 3 month contract to hire position through Aerotek in Knoxville. All candidates who complete the 3 month contract are eligible for immediate conversion and will qualify for our partner's benefits and pay advances. Pay:
$12.50/HR ($18.75/HR for Overtime) - Day shift
$13.00?HR (19.50/HR for Overtime) - Night Shift
Shift:
Days: Mon. - Fri. (6am-2pm)
Nights: Mon. - Fri. (10pm-6:30am)
Overtime available at all times and will be able to pick up outside of set shift
Requirements:
Forklift operations
Manufacturing and assembly of aluminum products
Heavy lifting of tooling and equipment along with mechanical use
Mechanical aptitude to assemble and disassemble manufacturing equipment
Ability to work in sometimes hot temperatures
Experience operating large machinery (not required, but preferred)
