Our client is looking for an Inside Retail Sales Associate in the Lawrenceville, NJ area.
Job Requirements
· Ideally 2 years prior experience in sales, preferably in flooring, home furnishings or interior design
· Must be available to work some evening and weekends
· Strong computer skills
· Strong follow up skills
· Sales and customer service experience required
· High School Diploma required, college preferred
Compensation
· Base salary of $700/week plus uncapped commission and bonuses
· Our successful sales consultants earn between $50,000 and $80,000 annually
· Paid Training
· Medical and life insurance benefits
· 401(k) retirement program
· Paid vacations based on term of service
