Position Title: Industrial Painter
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday 2:45pm-11:45pm and Fridays from 9:45am-1:45pm.
Wage: $12.50/hour
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mixing paint to specifications using thinners and other ingredients
- Adjusting equipment
- Operating a spray paint gun
- Attaining a high level of quality and productivity
- Communicate with conveyer loaders on hanging techniques to assure good quality
- Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment
- Inspecting equipment to ensure safe operation
- Performing touch up work on parts
- Properly handling, storing, and labeling hazardous wastes
- Performs other duties and activities as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous painting experience preferred
- Must pass painting test
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Must be able to perform standing work during shift
