As a Restaurant General Manager, you are responsibile for managing your team and meeting the operational and financial objectives. You will be expected to achieve your sales goals, lead and develop your employees, deliver excellent customer service and ensure all systems are efficiently in place. Qualifications: Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
