Safely process returned merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions:
• Safely process returned merchandise in a timely accurate manner
• Verify and identify merchandise to invoice
• Inspect merchandise for quality assurance
• Prep merchandise
• Utilize CRT/PC
• Follow all operating procedures
• Other tasks deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
• High School diploma
Communication Skills:
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to peers and all levels of management.
• Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mathematical Skills:
• Embraces change in technology.
• Must be able to use RF scanning equipment.
Reasoning Ability:
• Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
Physical Demands:
• This position may involve moving and/or lifting at least 50 lbs.
Other Skills:
• Enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy.
• Exceptional ability to solve problems, use good judgment.
