Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor with experience in a production facility. CNC experience in the Machining Industry is a must. Supervisor should have an understanding of cycle times and managing people in a production facility. Experienced, with 5-10 years of increasing responsibility experience in supervisory position.
The Manufacturing Supervisor must have experience in a Machining Facility, with precision turning, milling, grinding, slotting, and drilling.
Job Duties:
Hands on position with ability to manage/lead workload and machine operators. Have a sense of urgency and instill sense of urgency in employees:
Production Supervision Experience, direct supervision of employees (approximately 15)
Strong Organizational Skills. Written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Assist in the development and implementation of processes that will optimize time cycle and quality
Hands on with mechanical/troubleshooting experience. Oversee set ups and qualification of processes and first part inspection.
$20/hour, D.O.E.
Monday - Friday 7: 00 am - 3: 30 pm including some Saturday's.
Background and drug screening are required
