My client, a large health care company is looking for a Customer Service professional to join their growing team. The company just built a new building and they are looking to grow the customer service team immediately.
Must Haves:
- 1 year of call center experience, or working within a high call volume setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Some experience with deescalating calls, and handling irate calls.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls regarding health care questions.
- Signing up new members with different health care policies.
- Deescalating customer issues.
