We are currently hiring mechanical assemblers for 3rd and Weekend shift production line. Assemblers will need to be comfortable using hand and power tools for the assembly work. Also must be comfortable lifting up to 30lbs. This will be repetitive work.
Assemblers will get access to company perks and some benefits before hire. This is a contract to hire position through our recruiting services Aerotek and assemblers will receive full benefits after being hired in 3-4 months.
Shift Hours
- 3rd Shift: Sunday- Wednesday: 8:00pm-6:00am
- Weekend: Friday-Sunday: 6:00am-6:00pm
Starting Pay: $11.50/hr
Assemblers are eligible for 50 cent raises every 90 days of becoming an Direct Associate. Additional raises increases up to $15/hr in 24 months and up to 20/hr once promoted to Level II and Level III Assemblers.
The Manufacturing environment is a clean facility.
Assemblers will be working OT right on average of 42-50 total hours per week.
Dress code: steel toe shoes or boots
