Electrical Panel Builder - Full-time / Part-time

The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.  Our customer is looking for an Experienced Electrical Panel Wireman to join their team.

         Pay $16-$18/hr.

         First shift 6am-2:30pm.

         Temp to hire for the right candidate.

Duties Include:

         Build and wire UL approved Electrical Control Panels.

         Able to interpret all electrical schematic, pneumatic, and layout drawings.

         Obtain all components required to assemble an electrical control panel.

         Layout the back panel and drill holes required to mount electrical components.

         Layout the door to the enclosure and punch or cut the required openings for the electrical switches, metering devices, lights, etc.

         Mount all electrical components and wire ways.

         Demonstrate the ability to determine the correct wire color and gauge to properly wire the panel and show that you have the ability to wire in proficient and timely manner.

Requirements Include:

         Working knowledge of electrical controllers, VFD s, PLC, HMI s and integration into control panel system.

         Understand 3 phase power and motor wiring. Basic understanding of NEC/NFPA 70.

         Understanding of control panel componentry, bills of materials and standard panel construction methods. To include 120 VAC circuits, discrete digital and analog sensing equipment.

         Utilizing the electrical schematic, prepare individual wire and preform point to point wiring of the electrical components.

         Safety and housekeeping, clean work area daily, does not take unnecessary risks that would endanger any fellow co-workers or themselves.

         Other duties as assigned.

         High School Diploma/GED.
