Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Department in the areas of general HR paperwork, upkeep of HR files, digital scanning, faxing, filing and organizing systems, and other various office tasks.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage employee files system and ensure accurate upkeep of records
• Support the Human Resources in office arrangements and daily tasks
• Administrative support of employee files, review and check the records
• Coping and faxing company’s and employees’ confidential data
• Support in other administrative duties as required
