- Identify matters ready for lawsuits;
- Draft original petitions and other pleadings;
- Answer phones; and
- Research accounts
- The ability to speak and understand Spanish, as well as some litigation experience, is a plus

- Attend administrative hearings for people that have driven on tollways without submitting proper payment;
- Negotiate with these people regarding payment plans.

- The position is currently available in the Downtown Houston office; however, the position will eventually be moved to Southwest Houston, right inside the loop, within the next few months.

- Travel to administrative hearings in Downtown Houston, Central West Houston, and, on occasion, Fort Bend County, will be required. Mileage
