Job Summary:
DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST will be responsible for answering all service requests submitted through the ON Line RA form found at www.ridefox.com., creation of these service requests in Epicor (Service Request Screen), and then replying back to the customers with their RA number/new Fox Account number/Estimate for service/shipping instructions and a list of frequently asked questions about the service process.
Key Objectives:
Ensure timely response for all requests that are made (within 24 hours).
Provide accurate information to the customer.
Be professional at all times with proper written communications
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Advise Supervisor of any issues that may come up that are out of your control.
Job Responsibilities:
Creation Of new customer accounts and RA (Service requests) in Epicor.
Provide accurate estimates for the services that customers are asking for
Create UPS Call tags for warranty related service requests.
Ensure that all written communications include correct spelling, word usage, and punctuation
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations within the department.

-Moderate Computer Skills.
-Ability to use a data base for searching out information
-Good written communication skills.
-Ability to decipher what a customer is asking for and then create a service request from that information.
-Understand and execute detailed instructions given by Manager, Supervisor, and Technicians.
-Ability to focus on the job at hand
-Bike Industry experience is a plus.
