Are you looking for a Receptionist position with a well established company? PrideStaff is seeking a person to greet customers by phone and in person and to assist with other office duties for a growing company. This is a Full-Time Temp to Hire position in the Mars area starting at $12.00 per hour.
Job Duties:?
- Answers telephone system, assists and directs calls
- Greets and directs all visitors
- Prepares outgoing mail and sorts/distributes incoming mail
- Maintains company calendar using Outlook
- Prepares reports using Excel
- Assists with filing, copying, faxing and other duties
- Uses company ERP system
- Ships UPS and FedEx
- Maintains cleanliness of lobby and stocks coffee pot station
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- AP experience preferred, but not required
