About this job
Employees will be working on a computer all day, reviewing mortgage documents and entering the correct loan number tied to each loan document that was scanned into the computer. They will be responsible for: scanning documents and performing data entry all day. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Must have good computer and typing skills. Mortgage experience is a huge plus. Attendance must be perfect. Candidates will work in teams of 3: 1st team member prepares the documents by removing staples, paperclips and rubber bands, 2nd team member scans the documents, 3rd team member reviews the scanned images in the computer system and identifies the document type. They enter the loan number and document type in the computer. They will navigate through multiple windows on the computer.
Hours: 3:30pm - 12:00am Mon -Fri
Must be open to mandatory overtime
Must Haves:
1. 7000 KSPH Alpha Numeric
2. 40 WPM
3. 1 year professional work experience where they were responsible for multi-tasking.
