Bi Lingual Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

A large company in the Consumer Goods Industry has multiple openings for Entry level Spanish speaking Customer Service Specialists in their Mason, MI office.

This is a Customer Service position within the International Pricing Department. Typical day will consist of receiving orders, translating orders and entering orders into the database. Candidates must be able to multitask and prioritize activities. CSR Specialists will be communicating with up to 80% of customers in Spanish over the phone and via email. Candidates must be able to professionally communicate both written and spoken in English and Spanish.

Must Have:

Spanish/English Bilingual
Data Entry Skills
Previous Office Experience is a Plus

Standard work week is M-F 8-5 pm.
