U Donuts, LLC currently managers 9 Dunkin' Donuts in the Savannah, GA and Hilton Head, SC area. We are tasked with opening 17 more locations in the next 6 years.
We are currently seeking experienced District Managers that typically oversee 4-6 restaurants and report to the Director of Operations.
District Managers are responsible for working closely with all store managers to oversee operations.
Responsibilities are but not limited to the following:
1. Make sure each store is adhering to all Dunkin' Brands and U Donuts, LLC policies and procedures.
2. Train and recruit managers and assistant managers for all stores.
3. Maintain a high guest satisfaction rating in all stores.
4. Grow sales by using marketing plans and techniques. Assist store managers to set and reach sales goals.
5. Make sure that all stores are meeting their budget requirements to maximize profits.

1. At least 3 years of QSR experience in a management position.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3. Must be able to work six days a week and occasionally some nights and holidays depending on the needs of our business.
