We are a small Colorado owned seed company specializing in alfalfas, native grasses, forage grasses, turf grasses, small grains and annual forages. Our long-term success has been built on exceeding our customer's expectations at every opportunity. 

BASIC POSITION SUMMARY.....

At Buffalo Brand Seed, the warehouse production crew performs a variety of tasks. These responsibilities include but are not limited to...  Order processing and pulling, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, custom seed mixing and packaging to exact specifications, warehouse and inventory organization, interaction with customers and other misc. warehouse duties. This position is a permanent, full-time position with unlimited possibilities for advancement. 

We are searching for warehouse production crew members who have....

• warehouse production experience.
• a "Hands On" commitment to getting the job done quickly, safely and correctly.
• operational knowledge of receiving, picking, shipping and inventory management.
• the ability to work "shoulder to shoulder" with other Buffalo Brand Seed team members.
• a sense of pride for a job well done and who want to be part of a great team!

• Willingness to learn and adapt.

• Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lb. seed bags, occasionally up to 75 lbs.
  • This is a PHYSICAL position... much lifting, walking, climbing etc.)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE AND SCHEDULE...

The compensation package will include a competitive hourly wage (based on experience and ability), availability of insurance and 401(k) (after waiting period), eligibility for merit bonus, M-F 8am-5pm schedule (with overtime and Saturday work during crucial production times), paid vacation days and paid holidays. All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background/reference investigation.
