Position Purpose:

Global Custom Commerce is looking for a Sr. Pricing Analyst with experience in e-commerce, finance, and
business strategy. He/she will help manage the GCC P&L, assist in strategic planning, analyze and develop
pricing recommendations, manage and help forecast the business, and support ad-hoc initiatives to help
grow the business. The ideal candidate should have a strong voice and be able to put ideas into action.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

- Grow total gross margin dollars by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values,
conversion rates, margin rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine gross margin forecast and actuals reporting sessions to help the business understand
impact of promotional decision making on business.
- Develop merchandising processes and vendor management best methods by partnering with the
vendor management, product, and merchandising team.
- Assist the merchandising team with promo schedule creation to develop promo campaigns that hit both
top line and gross margin profitability targets.
- Assist in ongoing FP&A and P&L management and reporting activities; this includes partnering with the
business with strategic planning, expense management initiatives, and ongoing financial/strategic support.

Nature and Scope:

This position reports to the Senior Manager - Finance.

Environmental Job Requirements:

Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not
objectionable.

Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must pass the Drug Test.
Must pass Background Check.
Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.

Education Required:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Work Experience Required: 4

Minimum Age Override: 18

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters in related program or M.B.A. preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

* Financial management experience with planning, forecasting, and business analysis
* In depth knowledge of B.I. tools (Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects or SPSS for example) and practical
experience analyzing data, program metrics and performance.
* Experience of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal, written, organizational, strategic, and presentation skills.
* Experience with reporting systems
