Staffmark is looking for a Production Supervisor for a customer in the Dayton area. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with full benefits. Pay for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 an hour based on experience. As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:
Assign employee's to production lines and ensure staffing needs are met on a daily basis.
Will be overseeing up to 20 employee's at a time.
Responsible for communicating job set-ups.
Will be monitoring production goals, attendance, and overall productivity.
Implementing lean manufacturing procedures.
