Malone Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a great company! This position is entry level.
Job Responsibilities: * Weigh and mix material properly * Perform routine maintenance of molds,as required * Follow written and verbal work instructions * Stage molds for set up * Set up workstations for optimum work flow * Operate digital scales, mixing equipment, and autoclave * Produce products at an efficient level while maintaining quality * Blueprint reading ability is not required but is a plus Working Conditions/Physical Requirments: * Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to temperature variation ( hot & cold ) * Walking and standing 10 hrs * Frequently kneeling and crouching, lifting, turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, clutching and placing. * Lift 50 lbs without assistance * Must have HS Diploma/GED * Must have at least 5 yrs manufacturing experience.
