General Description

Do you have initiative to seek out answers and find solutions? We currently have an exciting opportunity for an In-Home Custom Window Dispatch / Receiver.
As a Dispatcher/Receiver you will provide customer service that exceeds company standards by assisting the Area Install Manager, installers, decorators, and customers with problem resolution and inquiries, scheduling of installations, planning productive routes to ensure quick and efficient installations, receive treatments at the store and keep them organized in the appropriate storage area prior to installation to ensure the attainment of In-Home Custom Window objectives for sales and profit.
Customer Experience
* Sets the standard of customer service and ensures it is attained by all In-Home Custom Window associates by following established techniques for developing rapport with customers in person and over the phone
* Contacts customers to schedule installation and re-measures in a professional manner and in accordance with company standards
* Works with installers to ensure proper procedures are followed to resolve customer service issues in accordance with company standards
* Maintains staging emails / phone messages and provides response following company guidelines within required timeframe
Responsibilities:
Assisting Customers -- You do whatever you can to make the customer experience great. You listen, you help, you educate and you make them want to come back.
Receiving -- You are the go-to person when it comes to orders and merchandise in the staging site. You receive the product and place it in the appropriate storage area(s). You update the specific customer's files, keep merchandise organized and perform regular inventory to make everything is where it needs to be.
Establishing Schedules -- You love figuring out the best possible way to get things and people to where they need to be. There are lots of different orders for lots of different customers in lots of different places at lots of different times, so you are operating systems frequently to keep all of the information in order. Your Installers need your expertise to ensure they and the merchandise are where they need in the most complete and efficient way possible.
