Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer opportunity in Raynham, MA. Develop and complete time studies for SP and MR cells at filling, welding, and winding the Dry Room. Analyze the results of those studies to develop Standard Work Charts and Operational Efficiency (OE) trackers to be deployed at the work stations.
First shift position: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay rate: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Validation projects: SP finish welders and SP/PC close ball welders; these projects will enable increased operational flexibility and capacity
Assist in improving UPPLH in SP and MR cell Value stream in accordance to the 2017 G&O's
Collect time studies for all high runner cells at filling, welding and Winding stations
The update of ambiguous process documentation identified through the technician troubleshooting process
The review and re-design of mechanical drawings to correspond with the needs of the fill station overhaul project (a joint initiative
Design improvements to tooling/equipment that fail frequently due to poor design
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Must consent to a background check as well as drug screen
2-3 years of manufacturing experience
