General Production - Full-time / Part-time

This company is looking for general production and assembly candidates for their Liberty, NC location. They manufactures high end, specialty made cabinets. Positions are primarily on 2nd shift (4:30pm-12:30am).

Candidates will be responsible for material handling, loading and unloading cabinet parts, assembling parts and accessories, applying finishing materials to product, and packaging product.
Candidates will also use scanners to retrieve and stage parts for assembly and finishing of product.

Essential responsibilities

Material handler:

Unloading cabinets from assembly line and transporting and bar-coding product into correct location.
Stacking product within designated location, labeling product, and insuring that all product is within lane boundaries.
Transfer material from each station using carts and computer equipment to scan bar-codes.
Processing and preparing parts for packing.
Maintain accurate inventory of parts as they are received.

Finisher:
Candidates will apply finish materials to cabinets parts.
Will inspect finish materials/parts for quality.
Will sand parts and apply sealer.
Will remove/wipe stain from parts.

All candidates must be able to fully understand company lines and product labeling, dimensions and basic construction and packing operation procedure.
