Job Description:

  • Handle accounts payable
  • Handle accounts receivable; invoicing, collections and bill payments
  • Make bank deposits
  • Assist with payroll
  • Coordinate the candidate pre-screening process
  • Manage vehicle history and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Planning company events (twice a year)
  • Personal assistant to president and service division manager
  • Scheduling service technicians
  • Assist management with invoicing for residential and commercial division
  • Managing answering service protocol and on-call charges
  • Filing
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting in Health Insurance Policy and Changes
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
  • 1 year+ experience as office manager
  • Experience handling AP/AR
